Rental Property Investment

Pauline is from Palm Springs, California and has been a client of ours since 2004. She bought a town home in the bay area in 2004 for her son. After the property was purchased, her son relocated to Chicago for employment purposes. Pauline continued with the investment as a rental property that Rigler Realty helps her locate quality tenants. Pauline’s investment has gained 40% each year with constant cash flow from the rental.  Pauline contacts us when she needs a new tenant or help with her real estate needs. Pauline has never seen the house in person and has only viewed her investment through pictures and our eyes. Our relationship has been a pleasure for Pauline while purchasing and maintaining her investment property from California.

Relationships

We had a client from Finger Lakes NY purchase a home in Clearwater. The client was a farmer his whole life in NY, and then decided to move south. One year later the client was missing the farm and his family and was ready to sell the Clearwater home when he contacted us to sell the property. During an open house he met the buyer for his home and was excited to have a nice profit for only owning the house for one year. Our client and his buyer have become friends and both parties are extremely satisfied with Rigler Realty’s professionalism.

Team Work

George H., a Floridian contacted Rigler Realty from a real estate sign while researching his own property. We meet the next day at his water front home and agreed to sell his property. After marketing his home and doing a few open houses, we sold George’s property. Since then, we have formed a relationship and have bought and sold 4 homes and other commercial properties. George H has referred several clients to Rigler Realty.

He calls regularly with real estate deals and looking for a variety of properties all over Florida. George contacts us to research investment properties before purchasing in which we validate market value, possible zoning changes, highest and best use of properties and assure quality investment.  Rigler Realty has helped pull the plug on a bad investment for George before closing on research done with the county zoning department. He was glad we assisted and he cancelled the project that would have never worked for his commercial uses of the land.
